Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service and billing addresses, company details, requested dates, project descriptions, material selections, site instructions, uploaded cleanout photos, and communications with CSC.

For quoting and dispatch, we may process an address, coordinates, route distance, and service-zone information. Operational records may include reservation status, equipment assignments, service events, access notes, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Service providers

CSC uses service providers to operate the platform. These may include Google Maps for address verification and routing, Stripe for secure payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and hosting or storage providers supporting the website and uploaded files. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

CSC does not sell personal information. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or property, investigate fraud, enforce an agreement, or complete a business transaction involving CSC.

Photos and jobsite information

Cleanout photos are used to estimate volume, identify access or handling needs, and plan service. Please avoid uploading images that contain unrelated people, documents, financial information, license plates, or other sensitive details. Submit photos only when you are authorized to share them.

Retention and protection

CSC keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, maintain operational and financial records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

CSC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact CSC to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. CSC may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for completed transactions, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.

You may decline Google-assisted address verification, but CSC may then need to provide pricing or confirm service manually. You may avoid submitting a web form by calling or emailing CSC.

Children and notice changes

CSC services are intended for adults arranging property or business services and are not directed to children. We may update this notice as the business or platform changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
