Service policies
Clear expectations for pricing, placement, loading, scheduling, payments, cancellations, and pickup.
Effective August 20, 2026These policies summarize CSC's standard residential rental and cleanout practices. A confirmed quote, written service confirmation, commercial agreement, or other job-specific terms control if they differ from this summary.
Quotes and reservations
Online prices are estimates based on the address, dates, service selection, and materials provided by the customer. A request is not a confirmed reservation until CSC verifies availability, final pricing, placement, material type, and the service schedule in writing.
The standard residential offer is $593, includes sales tax and up to 5 rental days, and is subject to the approved-load and travel rules shown during quoting.
Placement and site access
The customer must provide a safe, legal, and reasonably level placement area with enough overhead and approach clearance for delivery and pickup. The customer is responsible for obtaining property-owner, HOA, municipal, street-use, or other required permissions before service.
CSC may decline or reschedule service when access is blocked or conditions create a safety, property, equipment, or legal risk. Protective boards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that driveways, pavement, landscaping, curbs, utilities, or underground improvements will not be damaged.
Loading and approved materials
Standard landfill disposal covers approved household junk and ordinary light construction debris loaded no higher than the container’s top rail and kept within safe, legal hauling limits. Materials must remain below the top rail, be distributed safely, and allow the container to be transported legally.
Concrete, dirt, rock, brick, asphalt, roofing shingles, tires, and other unusually heavy materials must be disclosed before booking. CSC may require a partial-load limit, material fee, separate container, or custom quote.
Prohibited materials
Do not place the following items in a CSC container unless CSC gives specific written approval:
- Paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, and other liquids
- Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, infectious, or biomedical waste
- Fuel, oil, batteries, propane cylinders, and pressurized containers
- Asbestos or material suspected of containing asbestos
- Any material prohibited by the receiving landfill or applicable law
CSC may refuse pickup until prohibited material is removed or arrange compliant handling at the customer's cost when legally permitted.
Rental period, pickup, and changes
The included rental period begins on delivery. Additional approved days are $10 per day. Extensions, early pickups, swaps, relocations, and schedule changes require CSC confirmation and remain subject to availability.
At pickup, the container must be accessible, safely loaded below the top rail, and free of prohibited materials. Failed access or an unsafe load may require rescheduling and an additional charge disclosed by CSC.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
This form submits your request without collecting payment. CSC will contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, and payment arrangements. A saved card or authorization is not a completed charge. CSC will communicate the approved total and payment timing before dispatch.
Contact CSC as soon as possible to cancel or change service. If no payment has been captured, CSC will release or cancel the authorization when applicable. Refund eligibility after a charge depends on the work performed, committed disposal or travel costs, and the written confirmation for that job. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside CSC's control.
Additional charges and damage
Additional charges may apply for approved additional rental days, prohibited or misrepresented materials, blocked delivery or pickup access, customer-caused equipment damage. CSC will document the reason and amount and follow the payment terms provided with the confirmed service.
The customer is responsible for damage caused by overloading, prohibited or undisclosed materials, moving or altering the container, fire, vandalism, misuse, or unsafe site conditions while the equipment is under the customer's control.
Weather, safety, and service interruptions
Delivery and pickup windows are estimates. Weather, road closures, landfill delays, equipment issues, emergencies, and unsafe conditions can affect service. CSC will communicate material delays and reschedule as reasonably necessary.
Commercial and cleanout work
Commercial pricing, account terms, recurring service, and multi-container commitments require a separate written approval. Cleanout estimates require photo and access review; demolition, hazardous material handling, and work outside the approved scope are not included unless confirmed in writing.
